I must say that things are looking up since I first moved to Flamingo South Beach in 2002. The development has definitely been restructured as far as Management and the Leasing staff. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I am very happy to be a resident at Flamingo South Beach. Its full of sophistication, elegance, and youth! Its definitely the best place to live in South Beach.
