The biggest problem with the Flamingo was the parking. That has since been resolved since they converted to self-park, except for guests. Yes, management has been a bit slow to fix the lock on my sliding glass door and the light in my shower but for the most part I don't need them and therefore have no issue. The apartments are nice. I would have been happy to give up some deck space for a larger bedroom but the view is unbeatable. The walls are a bit thin but you can't have everything. The building is definitely full of eye candy no matter which side of the fence you play. And, its far enough from the craziness on Washington, Collins, and Ocean that it is very quiet on the higher floors. I would definitely recommend the Flamingo to anyone. I guess my only concern might be the racist that posted the previous review! ;o)
