Management IS HORRIBLE, no help at all, always trying to get money out of you. There is always a problem with the A/C. Now and then you won't have water. Walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor doing EVERYTHING!! You have to pay for the gym ($50 p/m), pay for parking ($161 p/m) per car, if you lock yourself out $75 for maintenance to open the door. You pay your rent late because you happen to be on a business trip and you get an eviction notice on your door when you come back. There are not that many events or parties anymore like when Jennifer was the concierge. Security guys are ALWAYS flirting with the female residents. Valet used to be the worse, denting your car or you had to wait for a while to get your car. When its raining and you live in the south tower there is no way to get to the parking lot without getting wet. Flamingo provides umbrella sometimes but your legs are guaranteed to get wet. Every time you need to use a grocery cart the valet people has to do it and of course you need to tip them. I could go on and on and on how awful this place is but its not worth wasting my time. Im glad I moved out. The building from the outside is beautiful and the pool area is nice also but that is about it.
