A person like me who moved here not knowing too many people, the Flamingo seemed great at the time.
It all began when they took valet parking away and you are still having to pay the same amount to park your own car and if is raining and you are in the South Tower, forget it, you are getting soaked!
They claim to be a safe enviroment to live in. Whatever! All the doors can be forced open if you do not have your resort pass, some of the back doors do not lock properly. 9 out 0f 10 you can go in through the service elevator. One of my friends had someone harass her and trying to get in her apartment in the middle of the night. She called security and they didn't show up until 20 minutes later. People have had their apartments broken in!
The security is here to harass the residents instead of patroling who is coming in and out.
The hallsways in the South And North Tower are nasty! some of the lights in the elevators do not work.
If you are a non smoker and your neighbor smokes, you can count on it that your apartment will smell like smoke too!
If you consider yourself a private person, do not talk to anyone in the gym. Everyone that works there talks about everyone and their business. Talking about the employees!
