A/C craps-out weekly...

Windows leak every time it rains, while maintenance is "waiting on the sealer to be shipped." (6 months now)...

And then there's their infamous Fire Alarm system (that they've been "working on" for three years) that goes off around 3 a.m. at least twice a week...

But the photos sure are nice, and I've only been robbed once.
