---Obviously written by a Flamingo Manager. I lived there for four yrs and just moved. It is easilly the worst service in all of Miami. Read all of the other reviews first, the management is criminal, the walls are paper thin enough for my neighbor to complain about my farts while I sleep waking her, the gym costs $70 a month and is run by jerks that threatened me, there are no discounts to anywhere that actually accept them other than $2 off a pizza. It has been the worst living experience of my life and I lived in Hell's Kitchen before it. The only reason people like me stay so long is because the Management floats rumors about it going Condo. The people who reside there treat it without any respect, its as if they are the only residents; I mean really how would I want to actually use the pool when people are smoking in it ashing in it, letting their dogs drink from it and then piss on the sides of it, or the boat people clean off all of their ocean equipment in the pool. It may look nice but it lacks any class and the residents are ghetto. Oh yeah, the employees of the Flamonigo harrassed my girfriend for the 4 rs because she's caucasian blonde. It is simply trash.
