This place is the biggest joke, rip off, ever. i lived in many cities and rented a few apartments in south beach. this place takes the cake as the ultimate rip off. if you are interested in broken elevetors, dirty halls, pee stained walls and in the event you might be interested in your next door neighbor sexual schedule this is the place to be. If you are into paper thin walls, where you can hear the tv set from people above you, COME TO THE FLAMINGO!! managment is never around, new fees and new rules change daily as they please managment. they say AC is included, what they don't tell you is that the AC outlet is connected to your electrical box. So, you do pay for it!! but you'll never know it
THIS PLACE IS GREAT IF YOU ARE INTO SELF PUNISHMENT- masochism!!! don't walk--run out of here
