1.This place is a complete joke! I rented an apartment is the center building. This is suppose to be the newest, and cleanier of the three. My carpet has stains everywhere, my bath tub had a pound of hair caught in it. My sliding glass doors were broken, etc, etc. I called my leasing agent to have this fixed, no answer. He won't even returm my calls, his name is Carlos Vallarino.
2. I was denied access to the north gate, and the elevators by the valet because I don't pay for parking. This is a clear viloation of the lease on their part because in the lease the tenant is granted access to all common areas of the building. Elevators are common area and so are enrty points. seems they make up rules as they go. What they don't know is that they are in viloation ofthe lease.
3. Management is a joke, they try to hustle you as if you are buying a used car! If you are so stupid to lease here after reading this then don't sign for the numbers they give you, and ask for 1 month of free rent. They will give it once they realize you are not going to give in.
4. The best part. This place is for sale, something they will not tell you. So once you are all comfy get ready to move again. Unless you want to pay 2 million for a piece of crap like this yo will have to move out.
I KNOW THE LOOKS ARE TEMPTING, BUT LIKE MANY THINGS ITS ONLY SKIN DEEP. YOU WILL REGRET EVER LIVING HERE.
