THE GRAND FLAMINGO OR JUST FLAMINGO SOUTH BEACH HAS JUST GONE DOWN HILL. THE BEST AND ONLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PLACE ARE THE GROUNDS AMD LOCATION. I LIVE IN THE SOUTH TOWER WHICH WAS JUST SOLD. I LIKED THE GROUNDS AND LOCATION SO MUCH I WAS EVEN CONSIDERING BUYING MY 1 BEDROOM 1.5 BATH PLACE FOR ABOUT $530,000 BUT THANKFULLY MY NEIGHTBOR TOLD ME THE FACTS. THE POPCORN CEILINGS ARE MADE OF ASPESTOSE AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. THE FLOORS ARE CARPET AND I CANNOT CHANGE THIS EITHER. THEY WANT TO SELL ME ONE PARKING SPACE FOR $25,000. AND THE LIST GOES ON. THE OLD MANAGEMENT SUCKED AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE. HELL THEY EVEN TOWED MY NEW CORVETTE BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A STICKER ON THE CAR WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT (NO WARNING OR ANYTHING!). THEY CHARGED ME FEEāS TO FIX THE ALARM SYSTEM WHICH I DID NOT BREAK AND FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN GETTING ASSESSED LATE FEEāS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT CASHED MY CHECK! I GUESS IT ALL FITS INTO THE āSOUTH BEACHā LIFESTYLE GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ROTTEN TO THE CORE!

You made a mistake. No way in heck do you own a Corvette as you're too stupid. I'm sure you meant to say "Chevette" as that's what a loser like you really drives.

Respose to the "cbogue" reply. They do tow without warning. I lived there for 4 years. Management is beyond ghetto and the folks parking your cars are illegals and ding every car. The Flamingo might be as shaddy as the other South Beach rentals but you are paying a serious premium to avoid that and it just doesn't come close to decent living, always a hassle.
