I thought it was going to be really great to live here and was looking to be living in South Beach. Well South Beach was really nice, but the Flamingo SUCKED! I could go on and on about the problems and the lack of response from management, but you can just read the posts here.
I wanted to take these people to court over the living conditions and poor service. But decided to just pay to break the lease and get the H*** out! My advice is, don't let the outside fool you as after you sign the lease, you are on your own and better hope you have good luck when there is a problem, YOU WILL NEED IT!
Really, just drive on by, I wished I had.
