I moved in here at the beginning of June, and I swear to G-d I have never experienced the sort of all day/every day construction/drilling noise. They are apparently allowed to drill excruciating noise every day from 8AM(!) until 6PM except Saturday/Sunday and holidays. The walls are concrete and the noise travels in every direction like you wouldnt believe, straight through the walls) If you work from home like I do, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, as you will never be able to hold a simple conference call without the massive/shrieking noise emanating from the equipment used by the illegal immigrant workmen working throughout the building. Also, I had to have 40 year old insulation ripped out of the vents by my own private contractor because the maintenance staff here claims no responsibility to pay for anything (you better have a great, sympathetic owner who lives out of state and feels sorry for you!)

Yes, if you are a single guy, you can probably get over almost all of these complaints, because 9 out of 10 of the women that live here are absolutely astoundingly HOT (seriously, pornstar hot) but if you value your sleep and/or sanity you will steer clear, especialyl since you can meet a hot women almost anywhere you go in this town....
