If you plan on moving into the Flamingo let's just say you are in for a headache. The walls are so thin you can here the person next door taking a leak. Parking is a complete nightmare. The appliances are old and disgusting.
You'll be asked to give a deposit when you move in. Don't expect to ever see a dime of that back. We actually had two deposits stolen from us because we were dumb enough to give a second deposit when we upgraded to a nicer, more expensive apartment. We had to dispute the charges with AMEX. Thank God we used AMEX.
Sara Griffin is the property manager. I cannot even begin to explain how big of a WITCH that women is. Enough of that before I get upset.
They have a number of class action lawsuits against them. Just google it and you'll see. We are taking them to small claims court for our deposits.
I strongly advise anyone considering moving into the Flamingo to think twice. If you happen to move in...I wish you the best of luck. You have been WARNED.
