I lived in the flamingo for 6 years i personally loved it . its a great place close to everything and convenient .its minutes away from the beach .not to mention the beautiful people truly south beach living . i will tell you one thing this place is not for everybody . have the people you find complaning about this place is either a really ugly dude that no hotties pay attention to or vice versa even worse a ugly chic that is basically invisible in the flamingo. there just mad because they cant get any fun. or If not there cheap skates (jews) always complaining about everything and anything , killing everyones fun. Everything is always to expensive lifes to short live it up.point being the flamingo is a gret place to live i havent had any problems with this place . so if your young, succesful and good looking come on down the more the merrier .

You're obviously no caucasian, so how in the world can you feel that you are better than anyone else? Look, I lived there 2006, 2007 4th floor North tower. It was the WORST place I ever lived in. AIMCO management that runs this place, is a slumlord, just do Google search and see for yourself. The sad part is this could be a nice place to live in, but it is NOT!!! It is the very poor management that is the main problem, WORST I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and find some place else. Really.

No real person ever writes "minutes from the beach." They would say exactly how far of a walk it is and perhaps even things along the route to get there or commentary on parking if you are driving. "Minutes from the beach" is how an industry person speaks. FRAUD!!!!

You are a certified retard. People who write their reviews on here about flamingo suck beach are complaining about very serious things. Learn english and don't make fun of Jews. Everyone that complains about this place just has higher standards than your broke, dirty, disgusting, and by the way low expectation a**. You'll live in a gutter, as long as it has good looking HIV/AIDS infested people. Take an english course and avoid long sentences and words. Please be sure to go out in the sun everyday of your life without sunscreen.
