I have lived at 1557 Meridian Ave, part of Jameck Development Corp. They own about 20 different buildings in South Beach. Lived here 3 years, Incresed rent from $715 to $800. Refuses to paint apt. Fixed leaking bathroom 3 times, still leaks, Laundry machines break down constantly, all they do is repair them, refuse to replace them. Refuse to offer more then a one year lease. Rent increase is dramatic and no increase in services or upgrades on apartments. I can't wait to move out of here.
