You can't beat location, but has big downsides

If you have a job, you don't want to live here. This is a party building, and people have some amazingly loud parties at all hours of the night, any night of the week. The management has tried to redo the building but it is old and still feels run down and dirty. The place in infested with roaches. The management is also pretty rude and unresponsive. They do not return phone calls. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Totally outrageous. You'd think you were in New York. But the location is amazing. The views are amazing. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
