The views are spectacular but the management is a nightmare. To get anything fixed in your apartment will take forever. They keep raising prices without actually any improvements to the complex. Management only fixes the condo properties. Rugs are disgustingly dirty even in the corridors, pool is nice but chairs are old. Laundry facilities are abismal. Parking in the building is $200/month. Rent here only if you want to get ripped off.
