The place was sold again.

Supposedly changing to hotel condos.

Rents increase 35% and on month to month.

Plus expensive parking.

Under renovation - with noisy construction.

Horrible maintenance.

Expecting once renovations are complete to be forced to buy at outrageous prices or be thrown out.
