I can't wait to leave! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This building is a nightmare. Since it was sold (again) they just decided to do renovations, I mean demolish all the units, and since they don't care that there is people living in the building you will be living in a middle of a construction site, with all the dust and rubble every where and a constant drill on your head. Ok, go to the office and try to talk.. no, it won't help. When I tried,Their answer was "You can leave if you want" of course I lose my deposit .I have to mention that I pay a full rent ($1400) for a studio, to get to live in the worst place ever. Rude people, dirty hallways, roaches etc.. The view an the location is excellent, You'll love the gym and the pools, but from the valet guys, front desk people, security staff and the management don't expect anything but rudeness. Now that they don't care about you and you will regret the day you decide to move in a expensive community to get to live in hell. Is to expensive and is not worth it ...for this price you are expecting quality, but here you won't find it. move to the flamingo! or somewhere else this is a luxury south beach living wanna be. Also think about doing laundry somewhere else because here the machines never work, if they do, your clothes won't be too clean or dry. Elevators don't work 60% of the times I tried to use them. I've been living here for 2 years, I know what I'm talking about , I can't wait to leave!
