by far, the worst hotel that I have ever visited. I also request for your website to STOP the advertising of this hotel to unsuspecting tourists like us.
In fact, it is so bad that we did not stay in this hotel, and it was necessary to call the Miami Police Force for clarification of our rights by Law, due to the disgraceful nature of the staff and the disgusting state of the room.

What happened:

We arrived at approx.11pm on 4 July following a delayed flight and 4th July traffic jam.
We were told by staff of the hotel that we did not have a regular room due to the reservation coming from your website.
The staff said that would do us a favour by clearing a currently Out of Service room which would take them hour This took us upto 11.30pm.
We got our key and went to the room.
We found an extremely dirty room with what could only be described as a vomit appearance still in the toilet.
When we tried to lie on the bed, we were both nearly cut by sharp pieces of metal which had been concealed underneath the bottom sheet of the bed.
When we removed the bottom sheet of the bed it revealed a mattress with large holes approx. 3 inches in diameter and smaller holes across the whole mid of the mattress.
Due to the holes being in the mattress the springs were protruding through and nearly stabbing us as we lay down.
We called to reception, and the single reception porter, who had begun the night shift came to our room to look at the state of the room and the mattress.
He said that he could do nothing and got a single matress which he suggested we both sleep on, on top of the very dangerous matress.
When I demanded to speak to the owner, he said that he did not have the telephone number for the owner.
He did not reason at all with us and kept repeating over and over:
you did not give us any money, you gave the website the money . you should go to the website .

Finally, I suggested that the hotel pay for us to stay in another hotel with decent rooms .
The night porter repeated The owner is not contactable and you did not give us any money, you gave the website the money . you should go to them .
My wife is pregnant, and we were both extremely tired at this point about midnight We did not have a bed to sleep on, the room was a disgusting mess and unclean and the night porter did not have any resolution to the situation.
In a desperate attempt to find out if the hotel owner and staff had the right to do this, I telephones the police department who arrived approx. 20 mins later.
Unfortunately, they could not do anything to alleviate the situation due to the issue being a civil matter between us and the hotel owner (who was no doubt at home in bed and asleep).
The Miami Police suggested that we leave the hotel and try to find some other hotel to sleep at.
We asked the night porter if the hotel had a complaints form or process, he said NO! you did not give us any money, you gave the website the money . you should go to them .
We left the hotel shortly after speaking to Miami Police and drove for further hours until we found a Motel with one spare room.

Please find supporting photographs of the hotel, Dirty room, Toilet with vomit and dangerous razor sharp springs coming out of holes in the mattress.

Based on the above, I want to demand a full refund, and compensation for distress caused to my wife and myself during this ordeal.

I would also like for you to stop advertising this hotel on your website. Although you may not be able to get in contact with the owners to inform them of this.
