Nothing ever seems to be working here (eg elevators, washers/dryers) and the included air conditioning is insufficient to keep the apartments at a comfortable temperature. This is an older building with no security, a lot of noise and constant little irritating things such as faulty, loud faucets. The kitchens are old, tiny, and don?t have dishwashers or garbage disposals. Before you move in, they paint over the old paint without bothering to strip - everyone I know has peeling paint all over their apartment from this. Everyone I know who has moved out (which most people do after their first lease is up) have been charged the full $1000 deposit despite leaving the apartment clean and in good condition. The management finds some reason (such as the peeling paint) to deny any refund. Service is generally poor and staff rude in their manner. Parking is over $100 extra per month, and that?s without an assigned space. You would certainly expect more with rental rates of over $1000 for a 1-bedroom. Not an impressive complex.
