I agree that the situation USED to be as the other reviews describe it, but SouthGate has begun to make great improvements under new management. I had a mold problem and they went to great lengths to fix it quickly (plumbing work, duct cleaning in AC, new AC parts, dehumidifier). They are working to improve security, though this will not be fully implemented with swipe cards untill 2004 the property manager tells me. They have built a brand new covered parking garage across the street. It is decent value for money, but it is an older complex with the issues that come with that. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
