Nothing Better in South Beach for the Price

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Pros:
Very nice pool, view, location. Good closet space and medium to large apts.

Cons: Slow maintenance and response from staff. Mold problems. Parking garage across the street for 100/month. Old A/C system.

Unfortunately EVERYTHING is overpriced in South Beach and I didn't find anything better under 1000 month after looking quite a bit.
