First let me say that there are PLENTY of other apartments to waste your money on on South beach. The workers are rude, lazy, ignorant and have NO concern for the tenants. Every week there is a new person working in the office...none of them spek English and they make you feel like ----.
The apartments are nice, but MOLD MOLD MOLD.
Every month I must clean my vents due to the mold growing in the air ducts. Not only is this hazardous to your health, they know it but will blame you for keeping an open window. I was unfortunately a victim of this, I had a $200 cleaning bill, I had to threw aweay numerous winter coats, shoes, etc.
I had mold growing in every closet and they had nothing to say about it. Roaches are often seen in the trash room and the laundry area...well I would rather beat my clothes on a rock in the bay to get them clen before using their services.
I would not recommend even looking at this building, in fact I would stay away from the beach all together. Its a crummy area and a most unwelcoming environment which is only getting worse.
