Excellent view but that's about it!

I still live at Southgate Towers but contemplating moving. The location is near perfect and the pool area great.



The socalled service dept. as well as the general staff however is ridiculous. Nothing is done to follow-up on service requests and I have personally experienced that it will take 5-10 reminders to have anything done. When things are finally done the quality of the work is downright apalling.



There is a huge mold problem and don?t move in unless you like the company of roaches etc.



It could be a great place but it?s not!!
