Apartments are very old, humid and dirty. Your clothes are wet in the closed because of the humidity. Washers and dryers never work and they steal clothes, so you have to do laundry checking that nobody leaves the laundry room with your clothes.
There is not gated security, you don't feel safe and everybody that lives around there and don't have a pool come there to swim. The are 1 studios and 1 bedrooms with 4-5 people living there. Going to the pool is terrible because it's full of stupid guys that keep drinking beer and telling you stupid things.
The staff is very rude and they promise things that never happen.
You have to pay $100 extra dollars for a parking space, I think it's abusive...
Overall it's dirty and full of cheap people that scream and make your life miserable!!!!!
