Ok for a short stay

There are better buildings on West Avenue for more or less the same rent. When I first moved in, the place was dirty and humid. They promised to clean up the place and make repairs,this never happened. Then there's the huge bug problem in the decaying kitchen, that was tended to! Oh, no security, and the elivators never work. If you can get past these, then you'll love it.
