you pay out the a$* for a crap apartment. great location. roaches everywhere and the are huge!!!! mold is a BIG problem. it comes in through the air condtioner so there is no way to get around it. not only is it digusting, it ruins fabric, and harmful to your health. if you have a car, that is a problem. if they won't let you have a parking spot in front of the building, you have to park in the garage across the street. which means, anytime you go shopping, you are carrying all that for a while. i lived on the 10th floor, and during all the hurricanes, they shut down the elevators, so when we were allowed to come back to the island, i had to carry all my belonging's up 10 flights of stairs. i left my car out front in the parking lot, and i was waiting till the elevators were working, and later that night, i checked and my car was gone. somebody towed it illeagaly, b/c parking was free from the hurricane. so i had to pay to get my car back and the elevators didn't get fixed for 3 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! security just protects their stupid luggage cart. i had a guy who was stalking and threating me, and i told them and they said there was nothing they could do about it!maintance sucks, they really lazy and it shows. so much is wrong with this place,ask any one who has lived here!!! there are cheaper places on the beach without the view, be the same crap but a lot less money.
