Absolutely disgusting....

When the reviewers write that mold grows on everything you own, even if you keep the windows shut and the (so-called) A/C on - believe them! LITERALLY everything you own will be covered in black mold! Water will be dripping down all of the closets!
Also, rats run out of the garbage rooms, there are insects all over the place. I don't cook and don't even keep food in here - how can I have bugs everywhere if there is supposed to be insect control'
There is no security. People I know have had their apartments broken into, been stalked, and been attacked by the homeless guys who wander the hallways.
This is more like someplace you'd find in a third world country than the U.S.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
