This is a very old building with shared air conditioning ducts. many of the residents prefer very hot temperatures and leave their windows open all summer. This has led to an extremely serious mold problem, with many residents becoming ill and having to leave 9and pay out their leases anyway). The entire building seems to be cockroach infested as well. I consider the building to be a health hazard and have felt much healthier since I moved out.
