This has been the worst experience of my life! After living here for one year and three months and after talking with tenants who have the same issues as me, it only confirms that this place should be condemed and re-built with newer materials. I have encountered every issue from MOLD, LEAKS, BUGS, SEWAGE BACKUP INTO THE TUB AND SINKS, BROKEN WINDOWS, MORE MOLD, RUDE SECURITY, ILITERATE MAINTENANCE CREW, HEALTH ISSUES FROM MOLD, LOUD AND CLASSLESS, TACKY NEIGHBORS, OLD APPLIANCES, PARKING FROM HELL, AND JUST OVERALL UNPROFESSIONALISM. All of this could be due to the fact that they have gone through about 5 different property managers and dozens of leasing agents and other staff members since i have been here. To save yourself the trouble of having to sue them and pay for legal fees (which they have several lawsuits going on as we speak)and to save yourself several trips to the doctor, please DO NOT MOVE TO SOUTHGATE TOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
