people please From: phobos Date posted: 8/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Some of these people are sooo dramatic... Lived here 4 yrs. Had some minor problems with humidity.. they put a new motor in the a/c, problem solved... the building is very quiet and the grounds are very well maintained. great location... Have lived on south beach for 20 yrs. and have lived in several apts. during that time.. most very nice, South gate has been my favorite. The view is unmatched.
