I strongly discourage anyone from moving into this building! Like most tenants, I was lured into this building due to the fact it's the cheapest building on the block, and from the oustide it looks quite descent. Beware-looks can be EXTREMELY deceving! After moving in, I was introduced to the nutorouis mold problem-IT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM IN THE BUILDING! Not only is it mold-it's BLACK MOLD the most dangerous mold to be exposed to!! After 3 complainants; and becoming sick; something was FINALLY done about it. They something was done; the mold still comes back! This building needs to be torn down to the ground, and I will be contacting the owners of the building after I complain to the health department!

DO NOT make the same mistake that I did! You get what you pay for, and in this case; the expression couldn't more more true! It's worth the $200 extra per month to live down the street at the Mirador-wonderful building!
