I have been living here for 4 months and I am thinking about leaving. The tenants are rude and complain about EVERYTHING. No security, lots of burglaries and lots of mold. Only positive is the beautiful view.

I know several people who had to move due to the high levels of mold. They were sick all the time and felt better when they got out of that building. I have a feeling that we will hear more about that in the future.

If you as tenants have mold. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY!!!! That can cause serious illness to you and children. The building is responsible for the maintenance, if you or anyone is ill due to their over sight you can recover your expenses. To many people complain do not stay in an unsafe enviroment. BLACK MOLD IS HIGHLY DANGEROUS. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOW.
