I have been living in Southgate since June and i haven't had any of the issues posted by most of the people here. My studio does not have mildew or mold. The front office and security personnel have been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Maintenance turnover is excellent (I made a call in the morning, they came by noon). The only only only issue i have is parking. I have to park on the very top floor (uncovered) for 90 dollars a month. If anything they should be more accomodating with the parking or at least charge less.
The view is impressive. I hang out with my friends and have a few beers every weekend, its a perfect hang out spot. If you're an old hag, this place is not for you.

Unfortunately, you are a misguided soul! After you have felt the affects of being exposed to mold and other issues, you will move out or sue for damages!! Good luck!
