I lived here in apt 1010 around 2001. We lived here an average of 10 backpackers without greencards in a 2 bedroom appartment. We absolutely wrecked the place. Loud rave music all night long. Parties at the pool, drinking loads of beer and doing what not. We never had problems with the staff because they never complained. We only had one neighbour complaining every now and then. But after we told him to piss of we had no more worries.
About the bugs and ac: we just let everything go to ---- and then ask if they are ok with litres of water leaking down, then the came right away!
