Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
From 2002 every things have changed. I lived here from 2006 and is the best complex I never lived in South Beach.
All the apartment are permanently occupied from a very nicely people. The garden and yhe location are perfect.
If you are able to find an apartment available, don't wait go immediately.
