I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was one of the first people to move-in this rental community in July 2001, and I am now one of the first people signed up to purchase my apartment!

My favorite things about The Waverly, are The Location, The Value, My View, The GREAT Staff, The Cool Floorplans and Layouts, The "James Bond" Digital Thumbprint Entry, The Feng Shui Garden, and the fact that I can now PURCHASE my apartment!

If you?re looking for a great place to live, this is it!!
