ONLY ONE WORD: BEAUTYFUL - From 2002 every things have changed. I lived here from 2006 and is the best complex I never lived in South Beach.
All the apartment are permanently occupied from a very nicely people. The garden and yhe location are perfect.

Great Spot - The apartment has double glazed windows (new) and it was very quiet. My unit has washer and dryer, but small. We use laundry down the hall (on each floor). Just redid pool and lobby. WARNING: Lots of theft Motorcycles, bikes, rims, you name it, are stolen from the Flamingo garage every day. Secutity and the management are aware of it but do not want to get involved. The security cameras watch nothing, and are eraced after only a couple of days.
