Not Worth It The studios are almost twice as much as the $700 studios in South Beach (which is average for a studio) and you get the same amount of space and problems with noisy neighbors. The place is huge, it seems grand, lots of space to walk your dog, very social, upbeat place

$1000 for deposit $200 for cleaning to get in and at the end of your lease they charge you another $200 also for cleaning.
Parking:total nightmare
my car got towed away from the parking I payed and they didn't take any responsability.

True South Beach Living! We just moved in and feel like we've lived here forever. Huge bay front views from either pool and practically every convenience we need to never have to leave the community. Neighbors are cool and management seems to be on top of things here.

USED to be a Wonderful Place to live This used to be a wonderful place to live. When it went condo it fell apart. Overpriced and poorly managed. Maint staff is at minimum and it shows. Not worth the money. Flooding is outrageous due to lack of equipment
