Quiet and cheap

The best feature is the property's proximity to the TPK. If you stay east of the turnpike you're reltively safe, but if you venture west, you're fair game. Also, not too many kids running around which I think is a plus. The maintenance is excellent. I had a broken water heater which was fixed immediately.
