We lived there for a year and boy, did we regret it!! Management staff(Vicki and Sandra) were uneducated, unfriendly, rude and only looking out for themselves. They let themselves in our apartment, twice, once while I was in the shower. When asked what they needed to do in the apartment, they could not give me an answer...which made me very suspicious!! The "fitness room" (which consisted of BROKEN equipment was a pigsty, the pool area had naked children running around!! There was never any parking (you had to park on the grassy area), people playing loud music at all hours, car alarms going off 15 times a day. I won't even get started on how long it takes them to FIX something in your apartment, let alone all the hazards outside the apartment...like the 2 year expired fire exstinguishers or broken/flickering lights. A rotten tree fell onto our car because it wasn't removed although it was OBVIOUSLY dead. Their answer when we wanted some compensation after it cracked our spoiler..."it was an act of god and could not have been prevented". Gannon Management...no one spoke english well enough for us to understand and they gave us the runaround whenever we had a concern. BERMUDA VILLAS...A TERRIBLE PLACE AND A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!
