When I first moved in, I loved it!
Then I started to have problems with the management, service people, and neighbors.
My ancient air conditioner/heater broke (during a cold spell) and was not replaced for four months. When it was replaced, the guy who did it wanted to put in a smaller unit and patch the hole in the wall with styrofoam and a piece of paper!
When they were finally bringing the units up to fire code, the workers broke ceiling tiles, stepped on my counter, stepped in my dish drainer, left dirt and dust everywhere. It was a mess, but not half as bad as my neighbors who had 6 inch holes bored into there walls every foot or so.
The rent goes up every year while service and amenities go down. Don't try to sit by the lovely pool; you may get waylaid by one of the many nasty men who hang out there and think that you want to talk with them.
This place was wonderful when I moved in, but has continued (and accelerated) it's decline since I left. I wouldn't move back there on a bet. Noisy neighbors, unresponsive management, and a black hole for a parent company.
