I agree that it's in a good location and YES, the management treat ppl with no respect at all, although the management has already changed recently.
Also there are things that i dont like, for example the security and noise, i dont feel safe at all, i have my car mirror broken coz the lack of parking spaces. It doesnt worth the amount of money payed monthly for an apartment, too high for too low benefits.
Also in the side of the 73ave theres a big space of parking lot (if i can call it that) you cant park your car in it coz its too deep to park your car through it, i mean it will scratch the bottom part of your car while trying parking it, i think that it MUST be repaired.
