STAY AWAY -- FAR AWAY!

On my first day at this apartment, I noticed a couple of cockroaches (before even moving my possessions in!) Management told me, knowing that I wasn't from Florida, that this was completely normal to have cockroaches in apartments in the state. They assured me that an exterminator would take care of it. Two months later, after multiple complaints and multiple purported "exterminations," the problem was so bad that I had to move out. The worst part is that the infestation Bermuda Villas gave me was "German cockroaches" -- and those kind are notorious for hiding in your possessions so that you take the infestation with you when you move. I have had to bug bomb every one of my possessions in a u-haul to give myself the best chance of not taking the problem with me to my new apartment. I have only dared to put a couple of items in my car to bring to my new apartment, but today I found a cockroach in my car!
Do NOT move in here. And for anyone else who lives in the complex with cockroach problems (all of my neighbors had them too), the property management company's name is CFH Group based on Bird Road in Miami. The apartment complex's office manager does not disclose that information to anyone, so I am more than happy to disclose it for them.
