I've been living here for 3 years and the only complains I have is that the apartmnets have carpets which I HATE, the planes pass by pretty close and are very loud, and the laundry machines are scarce and expensive.
Other than that, maintenance is pretty efficient, the pools is big and clean, plenty of parking, great golf course view with lake, no roaches (haven't seen one in 3 years), and it's close to everything (plenty of restaurants and malls nearby, Turnpike, Palmetto and the Dolphin Expressway and the airport are right there)
