I wish this would have appeared first before I started searching online for my new place to stay, and I appreciate this website for honest people taking their time to let others know THE TRUTH.

I have been a renter here for 2 weeks only, and I'am already looking for a new rental.
I pay extra money for a waterview apartment, and for having a corner unit, but yet by the time i get home from work parking has been ocupied by cars with NO license plates which neighbors use to "Save" the parking spot, or a second un-used car owned by tenants to be replaced later on that day when they come in their nicer looking vehicle. So expect to walk miles from your front door, I'm a single mother who after my second trip to Publix and had to park across the complex because their is NEVER any parking spaces where your apartment is at, and walk to my 2nd floor apartment, that was strike #1 for me.

Besides all the management/maint. issues mentioned by other tenants/ex-tenants.

This is not a safe community if you are living alone, or like others have said, there is a serious problem with cars being vandalized, and I myself, I'm barely home, I surely have no enemies, but thats what management wanted to call it, "YOU must have someone wanting to do harm to you.."
Well thanks... TO Diana the manager there who is as sarcastic and caniving as anyone can be.

it's sad to see such a pretty place being ruined.

I was one of the apartments affected by the "maintenance" problem with the electrical, and I had all my food spoiled, fishes that died, and had to stay over family house as it took close to two weeks to fix the damage they made, it was all over the NEWS channels, and the fire marshall, and the FPL, porhibited them from touching the power meters as not (1) one of the maintenance personnel was certified for the job.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
