I'm so dissapointed with this place it makes me want to cry! I'm tired of things breaking in my 1-bedroom apartment like the bathtub was leaking to my neighbors downstairs, and sense the maintaince manager was leaving on vacation the next day, he said he was the only who could fix the problem, so I would have to wait 5 days without my shower!!!!... WHAT'!.. yes, I've had to shower at a freinds house for 5 days, and finally today they fixed it.
My car keeps getting vandalized as for some reason this complex is a magnet for it. I cannot break my lease as they are holding a deposit of mine, and from talking to other neighbors, and reading the rest of the reviews left here, I can forget about it.
They REALLY need to do something about the parkings, as they are using one parking space for two cars, and with the boom of the SUV's going on now, the cars do not fit in the spaces provided. They're prices are over-rated for what they offer, they lied to me when they said that there are two gyms, when there is only one, and that I would have peace of mind due to the high security levels offered, the community is NOT FULLY gated, only the car entrance gates, and even then people just sneak in after others. and their security I have personally caught sleeping under trees during mid-night shifts.I was never given a walk-through of the apartment I was receiving. The rental agent just made me sign everything at the office, and gave me the keys. There is paint over-spray all over the windows metal frames, and the smoke detectors received their share of white paint as well, I have to guess if the light is flashing green/red which is a fire hazard.

well anyways, I'm looking on moving out this month, so if you where to ask me for a reference on this community, "I would have to say: take you and your family into a safer, better taken care-of community where the staff commencing from the manager "DIANA" down to there rental agents are there to take your side and lend a helping hand, not sit back and say: "Sorry there is nothing we can do."
