we just moved in about three weeks ago, and so far, we like this place a lot. prior to moving and after having read the other reviews posted, we were a little bit apprehensive, but decided to go with our gut insticts and give this place a try. unless you live in a very pricey area, (i.e. key biscayne, brickell, some parts of the beach, or the gables) you certainly will not find such a nice apartment complex for such a reasonable price.

this place is pretty. aesthetically, it's great. i haven't seen many apartments in miami for which i can say the same. the grounds are immaculately kept. there are two pools and indoor raquetball courts-which are available for tenants 24 hours. the apartments themselves are quite pretty. we saw the smallest one bedroom, and though we agreed it was a bit TOO small, it was pretty. the smallest two bedroom was absolutely stunning. you really can't live in a nicer area, or a nicer apartment for this price. the area is quiet, and everything you need is right across the street-publix, ice skating, bank, library, you name it.

we live in the largest one bedrrom apartment, and we are quite pleased. the only thing that i can really say needs improvement is the parking situation. i work until after midnight, so when i get home, i have to park pretty far away from my front door. but i can also attribute that to the fact that some guy has both a car and a motorcycle parked right in front of my door and hasn't moved either one since i have moved in. that's pretty annoying.

other than that, this place is great. we really like it a lot.

oh-as for the maintenance and the staff-here's what i know- we had a problem with our washing machine- a repairman came and fixed it the next day, and now it works like a charm. the staff is super friendly here, lily is very sweet, and as for diana, well, we don't really know her yet, so i really can't complain.
