Overall, I would have to say this is a good place for me. I have not had too many problems and have been here almost a year and a half.

The main problem is the parking. The spots are illegally small. They finally stoped ticketing my car when I printed out the law from the Miami-Dade Government website. But I had to be very strong with the management to get them to understand this.

Serivce has been good for the most part. They have their ups and downs. They took two weeks to get me a new dish washer, but after I complained, they took $50 off my rent for the next month.

Place is nice overall. The lakes are great for walking my dog around and there are good people who live here. It is not the best place in the world, but for the price, it is one of the best values in my opinion.

I am actually shocked to read some of the other reviews of how bad some people have had it. The walls are thin and the service has been slow sometimes. The management is not the best group, but when you deal with them the right way, you get what you need.
