I lived there for a year. Here's what you can look forward to.

1.Horrible maintenance staff that never really fixes anything. So inadequate that my particular building was infested by bees and my pet was almost stung to death. The first 2 times I complained, they ignored me completely. Then once the problem was addressed, I later found out from the bee people that it took 3 full days to clear out only half the hive. It was said that it takes a good year for a hive to get as big as this one was!!!!!

2.The staff would like nothing more than to sweep your problem under the rug and forget about you completely. All they really care about is that your rent check is in and then to hell with you.

3.Be prepared to walk a good distance to and from your car. THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING AT ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT!!!!

4.The washing machines and dryers are always broken and/or not working properly.

Please take some advice and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
