I was really scared when I stumbled across this site prior to moving in. But here's what I've found....
The management is not too bad, can't complain except when I was told we couldn't board up for Frances (apt policy).
The grounds are nice and my neighbors are the BEST! Maintenance is really slow but thankfully I have a handy husband and he fixes most of the problems, may cost me a little but its done fast and I don't have to wait for maintenance. I have heard and read many complaints regarding vandalism, though never a victim one of my neighbors was, just kids with nothing better to do....luckily it was minor and could be repaired easily. Management cannot do anything about it and the security guard is can only be in so many areas at one time. Would be better to fence in the whole community or get a gate guard at the front. Parking is really bad at times and they are too small, but its a right time/place kinda thing. Sometimes I get a spot right in front and sometimes a little bit aways (give and take). I usually take 1 1/2 spots as some of the residents don't care about your car let alone their own and they try to squeeze into a spot the size of a single bed. Flooding occurs sometime when it rains heavy but that is only in the parking lot, not too many times a years but goes down over night. My neighbors are really sweet and it reminds me of a college dorm, we have BBQs together and hang-out at each other's places to watch TV and play video games.

All in all the few minor problems and really annoying manegement is a small price to pay for the nice apts, grounds and other stuff that you get for the money.I am going to be renewing this coming Dec, and I am glad to have picked a nice place.

I painted and did a few other small things to make the apt look better inside. I'm really happy there and hope that my neighbors will stay longer too.
